Grand Bell I at 7 Erie Avenue introduced an eight-storey, 96-residence mixed-use building to the neighbourhood in 2023.
Today, the community continues to grow. Phase II at 33 Erie Avenue is under construction, carrying the Grand Bell story into its next chapter near the Grand River.
